I am trying to install and use oncvpsp version 4.0.1 to generate a pseudo potential but I find it impossible to install it because I cannot figure out which libxc version I should install.

It doesn't work with the latest which is 7.0. should I just start trying them all?! does anyone have any info about what I need to install in order to be able to use oncvpsp to generate pseudo potentials?
