Github and module status?

I see you have a clone on https://github.com/brosner/django-tagging
Yet I see lots of active issues here.  

Do you plan to move to Github and abandon this repository on code.google.com?  
If not, I'd like to take this opportunity to urge you to do so.  Github's a lot 
easier to work with :D

Also, what's the status of this module?  The latest on PyPi is 0.3.1, yet it 
appears that there are newer versions of the code in both repos.

Which version should we be using on production sites? Are there any new 
releases forthcoming?
