Testing data improvements

Things that would make testing easier:

• have incoming MRI DICOMs so we would not need to remove data to test insertion (probably a couple of Samir's scan from IBIS)
• have DICOMs in the tarchive table for which dcm2mnc or dcm2bids pipelines have not been run on
• have NIfTI files ready to import
• have MINC files ready to import
• have incoming EEG BIDS data so we would not need to remove data to test insertion
  • could be Face13 or Face13 small I created
  • could maybe also use the CBM data that has EEG and MRI? It is open data but could we?
• set up BIDS protocol for fmap BOLD, fmap DWI, DWI 25 and DWI 65
