The existing two pages should be consolidated: Jacob Hoover and Jacob Louis Hoover.

Also, I have permanently changed my legal name, so the canonical name should be - Jacob Hoover Vigly (see supporting information).

I will create a pull request to edit name_variants.yaml directly. (EDIT: created PR #4485)

Type of Author Metadata Correction

• The author page wrongly conflates different people with the same name.
• This author has multiple pages with different spellings of their name.
• This author has permanently changed their name.

Supporting Information

This is a name correction I'm submitting for myself.
Author page should use the name "Jacob Hoover Vigly" as canonical.
