Please upgrade guile-goblins from 0.13.0 to 0.14.0

I tried modifying the formula myself to point at the new tarball and removing the bottle information but it told me:

  0.13.0 -> 0.14.0
Error: Your Command Line Tools are too outdated.
Update them from Software Update in System Settings.

If that doesn't show you any updates, run:
  sudo rm -rf /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools
  sudo xcode-select --install

Alternatively, manually download them from:
  https://developer.apple.com/download/all/.
You should download the Command Line Tools for Xcode 16.0.

I followed its instructions and it gives the same error message and I don't know what to do.
