Recalculate acoustID for fingerprints outside duration limits. #27

http://acoustid.org/track/73a56bba-8134-461d-b798-54d6f3787365 has a duration range of 4:18 –4:27 (9 seconds). According to luks, the maximum range should be 7 seconds.

Any acoustID with a range outside that limit should probably be recalculated.

Presumably this should happen any time the limit is changed: https://github.com/lalinsky/acoustid-server/blob/8f5cdbab36701138de2c05afcaaf4fbd05176f05/acoustid/const.py#L19
