Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is not possible to filter asset administration shells by creation time and/or modification time, which is elsewhere a common and important feature in file or database systems. There are simply no properties defined for this in the AAS data model.

Describe the solution you'd like
Enhance the properties list in "AdministrativeInformation" with the new mandatory properties "createdAt" and "lastModified" of type xs:dateTime.
These properties shall be updated accordingly by an AAS-Server or an AASX-Generator-Tool.
