问题描述
进程值守功能有时不启动程序，但是显示已经启动，查看进程确认未启动
已经遇到好几次，几率不是很大
重现步骤
重现步骤如下:
开机启动后
偶尔发生程序不启动，但是从UI界面看不出任何异常

期望的正确结果
应该正常启动

系统类型和版本:

64位windows11

数据库类型和版本:

sqlite

其它相关信息
已经遇到好几次，几率不是很大
