Intergrate Mediator with the jupyter nootebook from rootsid

In testing the mediator with both our wallet and notebook this is the error i encountered in "message must not be anonencypt" , during the forward protocol, because the unpacking middle way expect massages to be authcrpt but some protocols like the forward protocol are anoncrypt, so we need to modify the check below to handle that case. And this is what i modified in our mediator to fix the error:
