Feature Request: relative risk should not display values for a range where there is zero prevalence #104

and it should show a red line, matching the prevalence red line

consider shrinking age_mesh when appropriate, since ages outside the intended range are confusing.

as a work-around, you can specify xmin and xmax in the url to limit the plot to the important range, as in::

http://winthrop.ihme.washington.edu:5432/dismod/show/tile_12466_smoking-caused_ihd+relative-risk+north_america_high_income+2005+male.png?xmax=80&ymin=1&ymax=8
