As a User, I expect cell to represent outage timings proportionla to real values, yet being readable.

Currently, 2 thresholds are used to display each cell:

healthy
minor outage
full outage

It may be more intuitive to display each outage as cell portion rounded to e.g. 5-10-20% of it's size.
