submitKeybind key blocked on livestream chats

SponsorBlock blocks the usage of the submit keybind (' by default) in the chat box for live streams, likely due to no submissions being received from the server (script error logs [SponsorBlock] Attempted to fetch segments with a null/undefined videoID.)

Edit: Using version 5.9 (Firefox), unbinding "Open submission menu" in the settings will restore functionality.
