How can I skip Adguard authentication

I am running Adguard in a private lan (behind tailscale) and I have not enabled authentication, since I am the only one that can access it.

How can I create a new App icon that enables the integration with Adguard? The current interface forces me to use username/password.

I put: dummy/dummy, in order to be able to submit, and the App is created (pinging Green for health status) but I see no stats or active integration... :(
