Dockerfile to build image without node/npm/yarn installed

May have no use but may as well share anyway
This will let people just git clone and run docker build and not need to install and run any npm/yarn |Node image bugs on PI OS|

I'm pretty sure, that if you try to build an image from my dockerfile right now, it will fail.
I wrote it, but I haven't got around to testing and troubleshooting it yet

after trying to fix that apt-get gives

The old docker image was like this

But I got errors with building on Arm, that's why I integrated the build in the CI directly.
I'd be down to use a version that could compile on all arches using docker buildx instead of the CI method.

Edit : Actually, I remembered I'm working on #41 and data persistence, that will require a backend, and thus we will need to use next buid and then next start to start a node server instead of a nginx server

Yea, ARM doesn't seem to like the alpine one and Raspberry Pi OS just doesn't like the node image. Found out testing all this today on my Pi
The base node image may work on ARM, but it's a big image so takes a long time to build, more so for actions

I tried that and it makes the build take around 5m+ since each arc needs to compile and then docker build instead of just the one compile and then each arcs docker build
