There is not a way currently. Would you have a better one to suggest ? You could set it as your custom search engine

Hello I'm loving homarr so far great work. I wouldn't say better as such just that I personally prefer to use a different one and in my country a lot of them get block by my ISP so I have to use mirrors or change it to an alternative. So at the current time it's a feature I can't really use, I really like the functionality built in to the search bar with overseerr and torrents and think I would use it a lot if capable. No I hadn't thought of using custom search engine as a work around.

Would it be ok if I added this as a feature request?
