Add option to set the column count per breakpoint

Description

It would be great to have an option to define the number of columns (column count in layout section) based on breakpoints. This would allow for better responsiveness, making it easier to adjust the board’s layout dynamically across different screen sizes.

Hello ! I'm setting up my first Homarr dashboard and isn't that already implemented ? I was looking for advices on that while setting it up.
On your dashboard when you click on the cog and go to the "layout" section you can set up breakpoints and number of column. I hope it helps
