Slowness in scrolling vertical direction when DataGrid is huge in both numbers of columns and rows.

I have a DataGrid that sits on top of ScrollView. It has about 28 columns and rows varies based upon the number of records I have. Usually its more than 100. I have InputTransparent set to be False for DataGrid and set True for ScrollView control so that scrolling of DataGrid doesn't conflict with ScrollView.
However, I am experiencing difficulty in scrolling in vertical direction.
