All routes should canonicalize their current URL and alternate language URL
Inject link rel alternate in all pages
Set alternate also as http header for crawlers
Provide a service that the language switcher may use to get alternate lang URL

For news articles, alternate URLs are set by reciprocal alternate linking

#91 Injected a human visble URL for the few translated articles.
Links for machines are still missing.
