Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...]

I have multiple computers, I'd like to be able to sync the planify on one with others on the same local network. I understand that you could do this with nextcloud as the common backend. But for a lot of people that might be more complex to do if they are not experts in building home network infra.

Describe the solution you'd like

There are some GNOME people specifically, Tobias Bernard who have been working with the p2panda folks on building a text editor that syncs with different computers. We could use this as the basis of synching multiple planify instance together.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I suspect that you can use nextcloud as the common backend.

Unfortunately it's in rust, and I know this is written in Vala but perhaps there is some way to have vala bindings? Would be great to have a gobject library with introspection.
