[BUG AND REQUEST] Downloading Project Zephyrine LLM MoE model takes a really long time, circa 13 hour on 31 Mb/s internet speed

Describe the bug
Before i downloaded the base model and the model that enable Project Zephyrine to chat with me, i can't chat anything, and don't know when the AI Assistant will answer me

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. launch run.sh, wait for installation finished, then see the screenshot section

Expected behavior
It only takes 4-5 hour to finish downloading all model. Also if there is a simple progress bar, it would be suffice. The purpose of the progress bar is so that we as contributor or participant would know when the downloading will be finished or at least where is the real time position of download progress.
