I checked out your cw3d-nft-explorer project and thought it was pretty cool as a demo for create-web3-dapp. I've got an idea that might make it even better:

How about switching to the App Router and using Tailwind CSS? Here's why I think it'd be awesome:

1. App Router: Better routing and performance boosts.
2. Tailwind CSS: Faster styling, easier to maintain, and makes responsive design a breeze.

These updates could really level up the demo for devs wanting to build modern web3 dapps. It'd be right in line with what's hot in the React and Next.js world right now.
