Примеры:
curl httpbin.org/get '' или curl httpbin.org/get "" - нужно выдавать ошибку, что второй URL неверный.
curl httpbin.org/get'' или curl httpbin.org/get"" - нужно объединить пустое значение с URL, как и в случаях, когда значение в кавычках указано.
