🐛 [OpenProject] Addon killed pre-maturely due to health-check failure

Description

I've installed the OpenProject which did create a config file and I modified it to include the hostname etc but after running I could still not access the website on the default 8080 port. I've tried other ports too without success.

I've not been successful in the logs themselves but it does seem like it is reporting unhealthy and that is why it's being killed before finishing. I.e. Addon turns itself off before the db migration is complete

Reproduction steps

1. Go to Addon page
2. Hit Install
3. Run and see it killed prematurely
4. Modify config file with ENVs
5. Run and see it killed prematurely again
