It is based in the idea of <code>I want to discover more but I don't know what about</code> </p><p>The key difference between these two mindsets is the focus I mentioned previously. With intrigue one know what they wish to know more about while with discovery the thirst for knowledge is undirected.</p><p>Luckily there are various means to get from a discovery mindset to a intrigue mindset.</p><h4><a name='header-n379' class='md-header-anchor '></a>Randomly choose a topic</h4><p>Think of literally anything and try to come up with <code>Why?</code> or <code>How?</code> questions to lead yourself on a path towards the intrigue mindset</p><p>To assist in ones goal choose a topic one can use Wikipedia's random page service to assist them. Simply going to: <a href='https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random' target='_blank' >https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random</a> will take you to a random page on Wikipedia. This will often have moderate success but often this too is no specialized enough. </p><h4><a name='header-n444' class='md-header-anchor '></a>Find a random fact generator</h4><p>Another approach is to simply search <code>I'm feeling curious</code> in Google and you will be given a random fact. </p><p></p><p>Ultimately when one is in the discovery mindset and following either of the two suggestions to choose topics or generate facts one must have the intention to pursue more information once a topic has come to mind.</p></div>
