jetcache starter能不能加个配置参数，在不更改任何springcache原有缓存注解的前提下，无缝替换cachemanager的默认实现，并指向jetcache

没有这个计划。这个也不太可能做，因为功能很难对齐的。

做减法就行了。主要考虑一大堆原生写法的用户。底层能无缝替换，想功能更强就逐渐替换成jetcache本身的语法
