- 获取 Agent 的内存、CPU 开销信息
- 通过 HttpSD 上报当前 Agent 资源信息、采集延迟信息、Targets 信息
- 给 AutoMetrics 增加 lc_target_hash 标签
- 优化采集延迟与下次开始采集时间调度的计算
