if i ever get back to streaming programming i'd like to have a current task overlay.

this project must read the todos from a markdown file and display the next entry on the list that isn't checked, or the one with a dash on it (- [-]).

an example of an entry is provided below

- [-] Do something (https://github.com/roridev/next/issues/4)
