Pytest Results are not reflecting in Testrail #158

After I execute " py.test --testrail --tr-config=settings.cfg ".I'm getting below response.

testrail] Start publishing
[testrail] Testcases to publish: 3840
[testrail] No data published
[testrail] End publishing

Is this because the IDs in settings.cfg is wrong?
How do I find out suit_id, plan_id, assigned_to_id from TestRail?
