Snap To (Accessories)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The "Snap To" feature should allow the ability to turn it off, and to adjust its "near model" zone, example I'm been trying to use a MMD/XPS DOA accessory pack's glasses on various DOA models and the glass always just barely "fit" then immediately "snap to" the wrong place so often that its annoying.

Describe the solution you'd like
The ability to precisely, or "slowly" move the "snap to" location similar to that GIZMO model limb cube thing.

Describe alternatives you've considered
"Snap To" Zones being choose able or changeable per model, with loadable presets either for models (Shuubaru, other famous creators, since they usually use the exact format/dimension layout for similar models ex. Honoka, Lisa, Marie Rose).
