What?

Sometimes users struggle to read through lots of content.

So what?

User struggle to find what they need and digest the content. This is exacerbated because users struggle to find what they want using the search function

What now?

Explore users mental models of site structure and findability - possible methodology card sorting or tree testing depending on appetite for scale of work.
