10.May support automatic detection of metadata provided in Dublin Core, Schema.org or other standard in the source input text (in the case of TEI input)

The next step (getting metadata from the tokenizer service) would be postponed until this feature (parsing metadata from TEI) would be ready inside tokenizer service
