Add a feature - delete translation text after it was tokenized #608

We need to add a new feature:

to delete a tranlsation text after it was tokenized (if it is not the last)

this deletion should also

clear history for groups and edits
clear alignment groups that were created for this translation text
clear annotations that were created for tokens from this translation text
clear saved partNums (to IndexedDB)

For now was decided not to give an ability to restore deleted text and all staff around it
