Resources: after reset all, cannot add or remove lexicons unless I click on reset all again

tested in release and current test environment. FF and Chrome on MAC and PC.
To change the lexicons in Resources, all I need to do is to select a new lexicon from drop-down or uncheck the one that I want to remove. This does not longer work after clicking on Reset all button. I cannot add/remove lexicons from drop-down any longer unless I click on Reset all button each time I want to add or remove a lexicon. The workaround can be to reload the page to go back to default settings and from there, add or remove lexicons (just do not click Reset all).
