Currently, pagination in splash-ml is skip/limit based. This blog makes a convincing argument to use keyset pagination. https://medium.com/swlh/mongodb-pagination-fast-consistent-ece2a97070f3

This would not be too hard to implement, though the existing clients would need to change, or we would have to support both methods simultaneously.
