I may be missing something here, but I can't figure out how to make the asides that I have on a post show up on the main page. Could you point me in the right direction? Thanks

If you check your _config.yml file you'll find two settings, one for the index page and one for other pages: 'default_asides' and 'blog_index_asides'.

default_asides and blog_index_asides have the same configuration and I am still not seeing any of the asides except for recent posts.

This is qute strange. Maybe Octopress is not regerating correctly the files. Try removing the main page file from the public folder and regenerate the web site.

Yeah I'm not sure how to debug this. I removed the public folder and regenerated the files with rake generate, and it is still only showing the one aside. On blog posts it shows all of my default asides.
