What does auto mode do?

I was under the impression that 'auto mode' for the climate entity meant the SLR2C follows the schedule set in the Hive app. However, with this local integration, it seems the Hive app can't be used.

Could I be misunderstanding something, or is 'auto mode' not intended to be used in this setup?

Hi, Auto Mode will use the schedule set up on the physical thermostat controller display.
I didn't have the gateway/app and with lots of pressing/turning the knob on the device you can set a schedule up manually.

Oh I see. I have the receiver without a knob and thus no way to set the schedule.

Oh I didn't know you couldn't change the schedule with those ones, learn't something new!
