Also check how you actually search through the OCRed text.
Provide some form of auto-filing (see Consider heuristically extracting headers from a forwarded/attached email for metadata #36, Consider constructing a separate script to move PDFs to a directory based on metadata #37), filename.

This obviously only makes sense for scanned PDF attachments...
