map-closeclick is not working in Firefox 12 and IE 10 #28

When closing an InfoWindow, the map-closeclick handler is not called in IE 10 or Firefox 12:

The plunker works on Chrome.

I tried with:

angularjs 1.1.5 and 1.2-RC2
ui-map 0.0.2
ui-event 0.0.4
jQuery 1.8.2 and 1.10.2
