Zapret doesn't work on the laptop

On 5 of my devices (2 computers and 3 laptops) all works without problems, now I bought a new laptop (a little outdated laptop bought it for work) and on it Zapret does not work at all, no solution methods do not help I do not know what to do and I write here with a call for help, maybe someone can help me

all of the bat files work, but I can't connect to blocked sites/programs (discord, YT and others)
Windows 10 22H2 actual windows version for me
maybe someone can tell me what I need to do with my laptop to get the program to work, thanks in advance

I don't know what this is related to, but none of the versions works with my laptop, it feels like the problem is in the laptop, maybe you need to change the registry or something else.
