Because there can be multiple maps at a location we have a picker page that lets you pick which map you want to use. There's some argument that if there's only a single map nearby that this page can be skipped. These maps are generated by people with sufficient privileges (admins) right now. TODO: It may make sense to let people come back to this page as well during play. TODO: I need to let people name the maps. TODO: The word "map" is a bad word to use.
