SPLASH/LOGIN. This has some kind of brief app summary, it also notifies you to use webxr-ios. This page invites you to login or sign up. Signing up and logging in are conflated; you're basically providing a public moniker and a private string and there's no real recovery system - although arguably it makes sense to collect user emails. If you arrive at this page and you previously logged in then this page skips forward to the next page automatically. TODO: switch to email/password system TODO: first account is admin account. TODO: needs a nice app summary. TODO: tell user if they are on wrong browser.
