Save/ Share Map

TODO Everybody can save a map. When you "save" it is not public however - except if you mark it as "shared".

TODO I think I may hide the save map on a personal profile page? Or should we go back to the picker? Should the picker be conflated with this - ie; have a load/save map management area?

TODO As an admin you can make maps that everybody will see (if you wish).

TODO Also when saving it might be nice to edit the map name.

TODO There's an idea of a difference between sharing and saving. Sharing might mean just sharing for that session with friends. Shared maps could just self-delete.
