document获取不到 mouseup事件

使用vue自定义节点，需要使用到 document上的 mouseup事件（element-plus的 el-number-input组件的+和-按钮，需要这个事件清除定时器），x6内部好像阻止了mouseup事件的冒泡，是什么原因呢
