The navbar seems responsive but I don't know what exactly is wrong

@Fasunle what's wrong is the navbar should float above the page, as a drawer on mobile devices, and the searchbar should be in that drawer; so there's enough space for the page contents, and we should have a toggle for the drawer among the navbar icons on mobile screens.
