Process

We test the apps of Lyft and Uber.

The tasks we asked the users to do are:

  • Consult the map
  • Ask for a ride
  • Submit a rating

User Cohort

We could not find a uniform group of users who were novices in both apps. Instead we found 10 users each who were novices in Lyft and Uber respectively.
