Streamx Setting Flink Home add delete operation

After cluster Flink upgrade, clean up the old Flink Version, hoping to delete the corresponding configuration in the Streamx Flink Home page to prevent misoperation, but after deleting may cause the historical job cannot start, need to update the corresponding Flink Version
集群flink升级之后，清理掉部署机器旧flink版本，期望在streamx flink home 页面删除对应配置防止误操作，但是删除之后可能导致历史作业没法启动，需要更新对应 Flink Version，是否有更好的解决办法
