Ⅰ. Issue Description

Ⅱ. Describe what happened

The command ops -plugin, used to add plugins to ops works well when installing plugins. It don't list installed plugins.

$ ops -plugin
Usage: ops -plugin <repo-url>

Install/update plugins from a remote repository.
The name of the repository must start with 'olaris-'.
error: invalid number of arguments. Expected 1

We expect that the command ops -plugin without other arguments, will listi installed plugins
