Request: Support for desktop Kindle apps

Title

I use the Kindle desktop apps, not a Kindle Fire tablet. So the downloads are managed by the Kindle desktop app, not a physical USB device. Calibre doesn't import books from the Kindle desktop app.

When we release a standalone edition, please add support for it to import books, including KFX format comic books, and format the decrypted images in standard CBZ/CBR/ZIP/RAR format.
