Currently there's no way to pass the --show-suppressed flag to the github action.

I am preparing a PR to add this functionality in.

You can pass any trivy option you want via the trivy config yaml as described here https://github.com/aquasecurity/trivy-action?tab=readme-ov-file#scan-ci-pipeline-w-trivy-config
