Provide a setting option to change the output path

1. Due to permission denied error on the output path trivy extension is not working.

This an odd one because it uses the extension directory to write the output of the command. I'm not sure how the extension could be installed but then not be able to write to itself.

I know a long time has passed, but would be interesting to know what OS etc you're on
